I think we absorb a huge amount of information every day, so our brains naturally develop shortcuts and simplified patterns to avoid overload. The challenge is learning how to separate signal from noise.

But this comes at a cost. We often miss nuance, context, and the full backstory, especially when it comes to so-called “winners.” And let’s be honest, it’s hard to sell the secrets to health or wealth through the lens of failure.

So in short… I’m not sure I have the answer. But I think that’s the point. it’s something we need to stay curious about.
